Super-soft and silky Chocolate Gianduja Cake with crunchy, whole, roasted hazelnuts. Gianduja is a beautiful combination of roasted hazelnuts and sublime chocolates. We never use any palm oil in our gianduja like many other brands do. Gianduja, pronounced “Jan du yah”, is the famous chocolate & hazelnut praline from Turin, Piedmont.
The Gianduja Chocolate Cake is the perfect chocolate gift to bring to a dinner party, to share around the table with friends and family. It is the perfect accompaniment to an espresso after dinner. With its generous size, you can cut a slice for everyone! The gianduja is sweet enough to satisfy milk chocolate lovers, but rich enough to satisfy those with a taste for high quality luxury chocolate.
Gianduja tastes of heavenly paradise, but also comes with powerful health benefits, including Vitamin E, hazelnut oil, and lots of protein.
Melt has brought back the beautiful original recipe of Gianduja originating in 19th century Italy. Our Choconola is 50% Piedmont Hazelnuts, 30% Chocolate solids and with a much low sugar content.
This product has a 1-year shelf life.
