We will ship your order with DHL. Your order should be with you within 5-10 days for European, US, and Canadian deliveries. For other locations can take up to 15 days to arrive. Please be aware we do not use any cooling system when shipping unless during summer where we would use cool wool to isolate the chocolates from the heat.
Delivery Duty Tax may be applied before delivery for orders outside the UK and you may receive an email from DHL asking for duties to be paid.

When choosing to receive your order using Quiver’s delivery service, you will receive an order confirmation from Melt and a further email from Quiver with a link to track the progress of your delivery via their website. This tracking link will provide you with real-time updates about your order.
When placing your order, you will have received an email confirmation from Melt. Your order will be dispatched on the date of purchase, provided your order has been placed by 1pm, and will be delivered via our courier partners same-day.
We use multiple tracked couriers for our international deliveries, including DHL and Royal Mail. When placing your order, you will have received an email confirmation from Melt. We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
