Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery £5.12

Order by 14.00 and we will deliver your order within the next day. Please be aware that an extra day might be required for our carrier to make deliveries to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands.

Same Day Delivery £10.69

Order by 16.00 and we will deliver your order the same day when shipping to Greater London.

International Delivery Minimum of £25 + Delivery Duty Tax

We will ship your order with DHL. Your order should be with you within 5-10 days for European, US, and Canadian deliveries. For other locations can take up to 15 days to arrive. Please be aware we do not use any cooling system when shipping unless during summer where we would use cool wool to isolate the chocolates from the heat.

Delivery Duty Tax may be applied before delivery for orders outside the UK and you may receive an email from DHL asking for duties to be paid.

Click & Collect

Click and then collect on the same day. Choose collection from either our Holland Park, Notting Hill branch, or our concession in Selfridges London.

Next Day Delivery,

We use DPD on our deliveries, if email and phone number have been inserted in the checkout, DPD will send you notifications of the status and give you a delivery time window.

Same Day Delivery,

Melt has it’s own courier for Central London deliveries. We use a zero-emission van for a low carbon footprint.
